The dangers of the sea

As the ship followed the current of the ocean the storm came closer it was unforseen the captain was devastated when he had lost the only things that would help him and his crew survive.Everything goes dark everyone in the boat loses hope and don’t try to save themselfs because they knew they were going to die but no they woke up and the had gone butmthere location was unknown they were stranded in the sea and never never found their home but they encountered many monsters of the sea and also voyaged everywhere and met alot of new people and made freinds with them they were like birds that migrated place to place but one day they encountered a great beast they fought with all their might but it was no use they had given up and lost everything the ship had sunk and the captain and his crew lost everything to the sea.The beast had prevailed.

The mountain battle

On one cold night in a land that was unknown men went to hunt but the brezze of the wind was strong and made them shiver it was untiul they got to the summit of the mountainthat it was a little warm the men were confusedand suprised that it wasn’t cold thougthe mountain was covered with ice and snow. They walked until an unforseem=n ice statue called rage of ice yelled tresspass and you will perish but the stubborn men ignored and the mythical beast came out and shot cubes of ice as big as a gorrilla but the men endured the sun went up and the horizon turned red from the fight but unexpectedly the men had prevailed and the beast perished and a blizzard appeared and froze the men as a expedition of what happend.

The peculiar shadow and the deaths caused by it

Woosh! The wind blowed and the hot air baloons hoverd over the air because they heard there was a very peculiar shadow that looked quite breath taking that it caught everyone is sight it had three horns four legs and a tail. Some people thought that it was just a cloud that levitated and made it look like everyone was going crazy! but no it was not their imagination it was somthing more than that somthing majestic somthing to be discovered but what? thats when people launched air ballons in the sky to get a closer look without knowing that their transport was precarious they were so reckless that a million people died even children. That was the day a million perished because of the peculiar shadow and the wind once again proved its power.

The Gallipoli War

The Gallipoli War
By Euodia

As days became months the great losses were unbearable as gunshots bombarded your ears and blood trickled down their bodies. The sights of the war were undesirable and would make you regret leaving your family and your comfort zone. You feel the shivers and get frightened. Keeping your hope and not letting it fade was something you would probably give up on and forget about because as you watch your friends disappear one by one you can not bear it and want it to stop, but how? You ask yourself if it’s even possible to win but we still have each other. We can get through this you say to yourself. As you prepare to go out and face the war once more you know your time might have come. It is unfortunate but knowing you will die honoring your country and become a hero who will be acknowledged by all makes it a bit easier. Once more you face the battle and sadly have to die . It is the last time you will see the skies that have turned into black clouds of smokes.

Who stole my taro? ( 100 book challenge)

Hello reader, for my school holidays my teacher has assigned me a reading challenge, called ✨ 100 Book Challenge ✨. Meaning I have to try and read a 100 books during the holidays, and whoever will finish this challenge will get a prize.

So far, I’ve read 13 books. Out of the 13 books I have read, I chose to blog about  the book called “WHO STOLE MY TARO?” Words by David Riley and pictures by Chad Robertson.

This book explains where Taro comes from in Samoa.      The book starts off with a chief named Losi, getting tired of eating “Fish, bananas and pineapple”, so his mates told him to visit “Tagaloa”.  So soon, Losi when to Tagaloa’s realm. Tagaloa’s realm was filled with amazing juice fruit and vegetables.  Losi pulled a plant out of the ground and hid it inside his waist cloth. Just then Tagaloa’s servants came chasing after Losi, saying “Taro belongs to Tagaloa, he needs it for his taro chips”. Back in the village Losi told his friends about what had happened and that he wanted revenge. Later in the night, Losi and his mates went back to Tagaloa’s realm and placed dead stingrays in the doorway of the servant’s house. Early in the morning, the servants woke-up and slipped on the stingrays. “Losi and his friends did this” said one. So the two servants decided to invite Losi and his mates, to an eating contest to get back at them.  The servants prepared a huge feast for Losi and his friends, it was in the text that there was enough to feed the whole of Samoa… . Losi and his friends HAD to eat all the food our else they would become the servants slaves… forever. Unfortunately for Tagaloa’s servants Losi had a friend, whose talent was super-eating. He ate the food, the baskets and the house too. While this was occurring, Losi and his friends sprinted through Tagaloa’s garden and grabbed all sorts of plants.

My Favourite part of the book, is when Losi’s friend ate up the baskets and the house.  While my least favourite part Losi and his friends placed dead stingrays in the servants doorway, because they could have done a better revenge.

Thank you all for reading my blog post. I will blog about another book soon. Have a nice Day / Night. Don’t forget to leave comment in the comment section.

Best part of me

The best part of me is my lungs because it helps me breathe in luxurious oxygen and keeps me alive. The second best part about me is my  eyes because without them I wouldnt be able to see the beautiful thing’s outside  and watch tv.I love my eyes because it is the same colour as choclate and I love choclate.Without my eyes I would’nt be able to see my siblings and family. My eyes can be sensitive some times and can be tired of looking at bright screens.
